Terms and Conditions for Fusion Festival Competition

RULES

1.The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ (the Competition Terms and Conditions” of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to “Fusion Festival” radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 16^th July 2018 till Friday  20^th July 2018 on Capital Birmingham (the “Radio Station”).

2.      Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must Call number specified on air (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

4. Two entrants will then be selected at random from all of the eligible entries. The presenters will then play a song from a confirmed Fusion Festival artist and the first entrant to shout their name will be asked who they think the artist is. If they are correct they will win the competition. If they are wrong the tickets will go to the other entrant.

5. IF neither entrant guesses the song within 30 seconds. It will go to a tie breaker question where the person closest to the correct answer will win.

6. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

7. All selected entrants will be contacted by telephone. All Entrants selected will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:

8.    Entrants must be 18 years or older

9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

10.    2 x weekend golden circle tickets to Fusion Festival

11.    This prize does not include travel or spending money

12.     Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
