The 'Young' star admits she has faced similar on-stage incidents during her career and thinks the attack was "out of order".
Tulisa Contostavlos has reacted to the recent on stage bottling of Cher Lloyd at the V Festival 2012 calling the attack "adult bullying".
The X Factor judge told Capital FM that she finds it "ridiculous" that the crowd were behaving in such a manner and said people forget how young the 'Swagger Jagger' singer is.
"I just call it adult bullying, it's ridiculous," she confessed. "You think when you get older people get over that sort of stuff and people forget how young she is and vulnerable."
The N-Dubz star admitted she has faced similar attacks in the past and is not afraid to have "a go" at the culprits.
"I get bottles thrown at me all the time, but I'm so used to it that I'm just ducking and diving and carry on singing," she confessed. "You know me, I'll have a go at the person who does it anyway so it doesn't really bother me as much."
