The Wanted Name First UK Arena Tour 'The Code'

The 'Lightning' singers have confirmed the name of their upcoming tour across the UK and Ireland.

The Wanted have announced that their upcoming UK arena tour will be called 'The Code'.

The 'Glad You Came' singers are due to embark on a 16-date tour across the country later this month, starting with a performance at Nottingham's Capital FM Arena on 15th February.

"Guys I can now confirm that the name of our 1st UK arena tour is ... "The CODE"," Nathan Sykes tweeted this evening (2nd February).

After making the announcement the Twitter hashtag 'The Code' started trending across the world as well as in the UK and London.

The 'Lightning' singers are currently on a tour across the US promoting their first stateside single 'Glad You Came', which is now at number 40 on the Billboard Top 100, and will return to the UK after their final three shows in America.

The Wanted's 'The Code' arena tour begin on 15th February and will see the band travelling across the country to perform at cities including Manchester, Birmingham, Dublin, Brighton, Glasgow and London.
