The Wanted Fly To Los Angeles Ready For The Tonight Show With Jay Leno Appearance

The 'Lightning' singers are en route to the US to continue promoting their upcoming album release stateside.

The Wanted have confirmed they are on the way to Los Angeles ready for their performance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno this week.

The 'Glad You Came' five-piece board a flight from the UK earlier today (19th March), and have tweeted about their excitement ahead of arriving stateside.

"Up we go!! 11 hours to LA!" Max George tweeted this afternoon, while Tom Parker posted: "About to take off. See you on the other side US x."

 The Wanted's Nathan Sykes also updated fans late last night (18th March) when he tweeted "#TheBritishAreComing".

The 'Warzone' singers recently confirmed their first US album will be self-titled and will feature a mix of new songs as well as tracks from their two previous UK records.

The Wanted are due to make their appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on 20th March.
