The Wanted Relax With "Idol" John Mayer Before MTV VMAs 2012

The 'Glad You Came' stars have also unveiled the official artwork for their brand new single 'I Found You'.
The Wanted were pictured hanging out with musician John Mayer before the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) in Los Angeles yesterday (6th September).
The artists spent time together on the eve of the big show at the Staples Center and called the star a "legend" and a "top bloke".
Singer Tom Parker took to his Twitter account to reveal that Katy Perry's rumoured new man has always been one of his idols.
"I met one of my idols last night too. John Mayer..what a guy!," he tweeted.
The band also posted on their official account, stating: "Last night, we got to meet the legend @JohnMayer ... top bloke."
The band were in attendance at the VMAs as they were nominated for Best New Artist and took presenting duties for the Best Female prize – which they presented to Nicki Minaj.

Meanwhile, the boy band's new single 'I Found You' was premiered for the first time on Capital this morning (7th September), and the band have now unveiled their official single artwork for the new track.

Fans immediately took to their social networking accounts to praise the track calling it "epic" and "flawless".
The single is the first to be taken from their as-yet-untitled third album and is released on 4th November.
