Robbie Williams gets hit by a car in the video for his new single 'Candy'.

The video for the track, which is the first single to be taken from the singer's new album 'Take The Crown', was unveiled at midnight (11th September).

'Candy' tells the story of a girl called Candy and the video sees a pink suit wearing Robbie playing an immortal angel, complete with halo.

The Take That star go to great lengths to try and get Candy's attention, including being hit by a car and jumping off a building.

In another scene, the singer is seen trying to beat up three men outside a pub.

'Candy' is released on 28th October – a week before his new album 'Take The Crown' is due to be released.



Robbie's new album has been produced alongside his Take That band mate Gary Barlow.

The singer has sold more than 70 million albums worldwide and his last studio album 'Reality Killed The Video Star' was released in 2008.
