In an accompanying message, he wrote: "Daddy's first nappy change. Teddy's first day."
Earlier this week, the 'Candy' singer said mother and baby were "rockin" following Theodora's arrival.
Robbie's Take That bandmate Gary Barlow was among the music stars who congratulated Robbie and Ayda after the birth, saying he was "so happy" for the pair.
JLS are congratulated the new dad and the 'She Makes Me Wanna' star then posted up a video of the Stevie Wonder song 'Isn't She Lovely' as a tribute to newborn Theodora.

The 'Let Me Entertain You' singer's first child arrived shortly after he completed a series of intimate UK gigs in support of his new album 'Take The Crown', which is due to be released in October.
The album will be preceded by the single 'Candy', which was given its first play on Capital FM earlier this month. The record features production from Robbie's Take That band mate and long term friend Gary Barlow.
Meanwhile, One Direction have invited Robbie Williams to join their band after he admitted he was a fan of the group.
