The 'Gangnam Style' rapper's success has been credited to him bringing some fun back to music.
Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun says PSY's success if because of how much people love to see the South Korean pop sensation dance.
The 'Boyfriend' star's manager, who signed PSY to his School Boy Records label in the US last year, also says the 'Gangnam Style' rapper helps bring a bit of fun back to the pop music scene.
"People love to watch that guy dance," Scooter told MTV News, when asked what it is people love about PSY. "It makes people have fun, and I think music should be a release."
The 'As Long As You Love Me' singer's manager also said he believes 'Gentleman' could be just as big a hit as 'Gangnam Style' in time.

PSY's follow-up single 'Gentleman' was unveiled and released earlier this month, while the song's accompanying music video has already reached over 250 million views.
"It went like #1 in like 52 countries, so it was kind of mind-blowing for us," Scooter revealed. "But he's just fun.
"And he represents having a good time, so good for him," he added.
PSY is set to perform at the Capital FM Summertime Ball 2013 this summer on 9th June at Wembley Stadium.
