Sharon Osbourne Denies She And Nicole Scherzinger Will Feud On X Factor: "We're Friends!"

The panelist says there is no chance she will repeat the issues she had with Dannii Minogue in the past.

Sharon Osbourne claims there is no chance she will be feuding with Nicole Scherzinger on The X Factor UK this year.

The music industry veteran famously feuded with Dannii Minogue during her time on the show before, but insists she and Nicole get on great and won't have any issues behind the judging panel.

"It is not going to happen because, if anyone had done their homework, they would know she was my guest at judges' homes," Sharon declared to The Sun this week. "We have been friends for years.

The returning X Factor judge also says she feels the groups have the most talent this year, but hopes she doesn't get them as her category because she is worried about forgetting all their names.

"I couldn't have the bands, I couldn't remember any f*****g names," Sharon admitted. "I get confused. And who are you? Really. Too many people - ridiculous.

"Five and six people in a band, who can deal with that?" she added. "One person's name is enough."

Earlier this week Nicole also praised Sharon and hailed her as the "Queen of The X Factor".

The X Factor UK is expected to return to the air on ITV this September.
