The 'Right There' singer has reportedly put pen to paper on a £750,000 deal to join the new series of the show.
Nicole Scherzinger has been confirmed as the new judge on the upcoming series of The X Factor.
The 'Don't Hold Your Breath' star has already helped as a guest judge on the current series filling in alongside the current panel of Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh after Kelly Rowland left her position on the show.
She was relieved of her duties on the US version of the show alongside Paula Abdul earlier this year and replaced by Britney Spears and Demi Lovato and will now rejoin Simon Cowell on the UK series for an apparent £750,000.
An insider told The Sun: "Nicole has played the long game on this. She was offered a £500,000 deal a week ago but kept her counsel and managed to get this bumped up by another £250,000.
"She is thrilled with the offer and is expected to sign in the next day and be in place as the fourth permanent judge by Monday.
"Nicole thought her X Factor days were over when she was axed from the US X Factor but she was a hit with British viewers as a guest judge two years ago and when she helped out this series."
Meanwhile, Nicole has been spotted supporting her boyfriend Lewis Hamilton at a variety of Formula One races this season and is currently starring in the new Men In Black 3 film alongisde Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones and Josh Brolin.
