Nicole Scherzinger Backs Britney Spears For The X Factor USA Judging Role

The 'Right There' singer says the 'Femme Fatale' star is the perfect choice to judge on the talent show.

Nicole Scherzinger has given her backing to Britney Spears as a potential replacement judge on The X Factor US.

The 'Criminal' singer is reported to be close to finalising a $15 million deal to join the show's panel alongside fellow judges Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid, following Nicole and Paula Abdul's exit from the show last year.

"I think that it's something that we can't deny, but there's something about Britney that we, are always rooting for her and behind her no matter what," Nicole told E! Online earlier this week.

"Britney is so bubbly and warm and everyone loves her anyway," the 'I Wanna Go' singer explained. "So she just has to be herself.

Despite leaving The X Factor USA after only one season, 'Wet' singer Nicole says she gave the show 110% and has no regrets about her exit. 

An official announcement regarding the two replacement judges on The X Factor US is expect within the next few months.
