N-Dubz Tulisa to replace Cheryl?

N-DUBZ singer Tulisa Contostavlos is hot favourite to replace Cheryl Cole on the UK X Factor show later this year.

Reports suggest that 22 year old has been offered a £1.2 million pound deal to fill the role.

X Factor bosses are also hoping to finalise a deal with Take That star Gary Barlow to complete the 4 piece judging panel alongside regular judges Louis Walsh and Danni Minogue.

Despite the current speculation surrounding the show, bosses are still yet to confirm the judging panel for the U.S X Factor which is taking Cowell & Cole away from the UK series.
