Lorde is seen showing off her growing musical talents in a new video clip of her performing with her high school band that has emerged online this week.
The 17 year-old 'Royals' star has achieved huge success over the past six months with her breakthrough single, debut album 'Pure Heroine' as well as picking up two Grammy Awards last month.
The New Zealand-born star is seen at the age of 12 performing with her bandmates during her time et Belmont Intermediate School for a Battle Of The Bands competition back in 2009.
Lorde was discovered around this age by one of her managers, who noticed her after she covered hits by stars like Duffy and Pixie Lott.
Lorde released debut album 'Pure Heroine' in November 2013 and follow-up single 'Team' can be heard on Capital airwaves right now.
