The 'Hard Out Here' singer chats with Max on the red carpet while heading to the BRITs 2014.
Lily Allen says she has taken up running and quit smoking to get fit ready for a new tour, while chatting with Capital on the red carpet of the BRIT Awards 2014.
The 'Air Balloon' singer says she's "not really a weight loss person" but felt she wanted to feel fitter when she heads out on the road later this year.
"You know what, running? I'm not really a weight loss person but I'm preparing for my tour," Lily revealed to Max tonight (19th February). "I actually stopped smoking three days ago so I'm feeling pretty angry with the world right now.
"I'm just trying to get my energy and fitness levels up so I can do a two-hour show!" Lily added.
