Kelly Rowland's X Factor Rules

New judge Kelly Rowland is cracking the whip on her category in The X Factor.

Kelly Rowland has revealed a strict set of rules for the girls in her finalist category as she's determined to produce the winner of the series.

"There will be absolutely no alcohol, no smoking, no talking loud in clubs," Kelly revealed.

"I want them to take care of their bodies."

Kelly has roped in Oscar winner and American Idol finalist Jennifer Hudson to mentor her group, and is taking serious steps to provide her girls with the best care and advice ahead of The X Factor live finals.

One thing that gets a big fat "no" from Kelly is an X Factor romance.

"I will be like, 'Don't let anything knock you off your focus or you will lose everything," Kelly told The Sun.

"I am a softie, but I'm tough too."

Kelly is currently filming the judges' houses scenes, ahead of her US tour supporting Chris Brown.
