Kelly Rowland Pulls Out Of The X Factor
Kelly Rowland has pulled out of this weekend's edition of the X Factor.
The former Destiny's Child star is currently in America and will not be able to return to the UK because she is struggling to overcome a throat problem.
A statement said: "Kelly is devastated she won't be here for this weekend's show. She is extremely ill with a viral throat infection and her doctors aren't permitting her to fly.
"Kelly will be returning to the show as soon as she has recovered. The girls have been in touch to wish her a speedy recovery and they can't wait for her to get back."
Kelly is a judge on this series of the show and her absence comes a week after fellow judge Tulisa Contostavlos accused one of her acts of bullying other contestants.
Reports have suggested that Kelly may be replaced on this weekend's shows by Nicole Scherzinger, who is a judge on The X Factor USA and already due to perform on the programme on Sunday (30th October).
