Kelly Rowland Gets "Lippy" Present From Simon Cowell After The X Factor

The judge received the silver photo frame after the recent series came to an end.

Kelly Rowland has revealed that Simon Cowell gave her a gift after her first series as a judge on The X Factor.

The 'Down For Whatever' star made her debut on last year's series alongside Tulisa Contostavlos, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh.

Speaking to the Evening Standard, Kelly said Simon's present – a silver photo frame – included the message "thanks for everything, Lippy".

"I think it's because I have something of a smart mouth and I'm not afraid of him," she said.

Kelly also admitted during the interview that she had accepted the job on The X Factor immediately because she felt her experience in the music industry could help contestants.
