Kelly Rowland Uses Pole-Dancing Lessons To Tone Her Body

The 'Commander' singer says the unusual exercise method is "surprisingly" good at toning your body.
Kelly Rowland has revealed that she has started using pole-dancing lessons as a new way to stay in shape.
The 'Down For Whatever' singer, who is back in the US following her stint on The X Factor last year, is well known for her toned body and says the unusual workout helps keep her core muscles strong.
"I have this great pole dance instructor in Miami and she teaches me a lot," Kelly revealed to The Sun. It's not easy work.
"You would be surprised how hard those ladies work," Kelly explained. "Your core muscles really get strong.
Earlier today (30th January) Labrinth revealed plans to potentially work on a collaboration with Kelly some time this year.
Last week Kelly Rowland unveiled the new music video for 'Keep It Between Us', taken from the singer's third solo album 'Here I Am'.
