The 'Down For Whatever' singer is already planning to collaborate with her former protege.

Kelly Rowland has revealed plans to record a song with her eliminated The X Factor act Sophie Habibis.

The 'Motivation' singer says she has already picked out a song for the two to sing, and still supports Sophie despite her being voted off the ITV reality series just over two weeks ago.

"I would love to collaborate with Sophie," Kelly told the Punchbowl Blog. "I actually want to get her in the studio and hear her voice textured with mine on a song.

"I have a song idea already in my head that I've just got the track for and just have to write."

Kelly also said she plans to be more involved with the writing process when she starts work on her fourth album next year.

She added: "I feel like I have so much to talk about."

Kelly's new single 'Down For Whatever' is due to be released on 21st November and will be followed by her third album 'Here I Am' on 28th November.
