The reality show contestant reveals that 'Commander' singer Kelly will feature on her first record.

Kelly Rowland has recorded a duet with The X Factor 2011 finalist Amelia Lily, the 17 year-old aspiring singer confirms.

The 'Down For Whatever' singer mentored Amelia as part of her girls category on the ITV1 show last year, and has already laid down vocals for a track on her debut album.

"Me and Kelly actually recorded in the studio not so long ago," Amelia told This Morning hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby yesterday (16th January).

Amelia, who finished third on The X Factor in December, also revealed that the 'Here I Am' singer has stayed in touch with her since the end of the show.

"I've got a lovely voicemail off Kelly which she left me just before Christmas," Amelia added. "She said, 'Hello my little Lily'."

Kelly Rowland will release 'Lay It On Me' featuring Big Sean as her next UK single on 6th February.
