Jonas Brothers fans have rallied together to defend Nick following the incident.
This week (Oct 21), a fan grabbed Nick Jonas by the legs and stroked his bum and crotch during a Jonas Brothers concert.
The Jonas Brothers were performing at the Hollywood Bowl in LA on the Happiness Begins Tour when the incident occurred. Nick Jonas was singing 'Only Human' alongside his brothers, Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas, when a fan reached out onto the stage and groped him. Nick then fended them off.

In the video, someone can be seen rubbing and stroking Nick's leg as he sings. They can also be seen trying to grab hold of his bum before reaching up towards his crotch. Noticing what is going on, Nick moves their hand away and turns around to confront them. The person stops and Nick continues to perform. All the while, Joe and Kevin appear to be unaware that anything has happened.
In response to the video, one fan wrote: "this is literally so triggering". Another fan then tweeted: "This is honestly so hard to watch. Can they not get it through their heads that Nick is clearly uncomfortable as he turns back to look at them and tried to swat their hand away? Ugh, this is not how you should treat them. They're people just like us who don’t need to feel violated".

this is acceptable behaviour. If that was me stood next to that girl I'd have batting her hands away myself too.

This probably ruined his whole night. It’s never okay to sexually assault someone, let alone in front of literally thousands of people??

It goes without saying that grabbing someone without their consent is wrong. In some cases, this could be classed as actual sexual assault. Please respect musicians when they perform. They do not deserve to be treated like this.
