Tinie & JLS triumph at MOBOs

Tinie Tempah and JLS were the big winners at this year's MOBO awards walking away with 2 awards each. The celebration of urban music celebrated its 15th year at Liverpools Echo Arena.

Tempah walked away with the awards 'Best Newcomer' and 'Best Video for Frisky meanwhile JLS bagged the titles of Best UK Act and Best Album for their self titled debut.

Other awards at the event went to Professor Green for Best Hop Hip/Grime and Eminem walked away with the title of Best International Act

On the stage the audiences were treated to performances from the likes of N Dubz, Roll Deep, Mark Ronson, JLS ft Travie McCoy and Tinchy Stryder's show stopping finale featuring Tinie Tempah, Devlin and Giggs.

This year MOBO also paid tribute awarding the Lifetime Achievement Award to Billy Ocean for over 30 years in the business.
