The 'One Shot' singers admit it's been great to see the fellow former X Factor stars doing so well across the pond.
JLS star Aston Merrygold has declared One Direction are "conquering the world" after their new album hit the top of the US charts this week - giving them their second number one album in America.
The 'Do You Feel What I Feel' star told Capital FM that he's "proud" to be a fan of the group and has picked up their latest record 'Take Me Home'.
"It's always good to see the boys conquering the world," he said. "Literally, those boys are so humble, so down to earth and so talented. And the fact [they've had] number one's all over the place – let's just call it that – it's the 1D revolution right now."
He continued: "I did manage to cop myself a couple of the songs and the album itself, so I'm very proud to be apart of that bandwagon – well done boys."
The band scored the third best selling opening week sales for an album on the Billboard 200 chart this week.
Earlier this year, they also became the first British band in the chart's history to score a number one in the first week of sales with their debut 'Up All Night'.
One Direction will be heading back out to the US on their 'Take Me Home' world tour, performing at some of the biggest venues across in the country.
JLS have also been speaking to Capital about their own 2013 outing, telling fans to expect something a little "different" from the group but full of energy.
