The boy band singer has his sights set on becoming the next Colin Firth by featuring in a rom-com film.

JLS star Marvin Humes has confessed that he would love to star in a rom-com movie.

The 'Do You Feel What I Feel' singer admitted that he is a big fan of the genre and could see himself becoming the next Colin Firth.

Speaking to The Sun, he said: "When I was younger I used to go to drama school. I'm a bit of a sucker for rom-coms so I definitely see myself being in one of those at some point."

"I could be the next Colin Firth, why not?," he added.

The boy band star has already made his silver screen debut after the JLS 3D movie 'Eyes Wide Open' was screened in June.

Meanwhile, JLS may have a new project on their radar in 2012 after rapper Wretch 32 admitted to Capital FM recently that he would love to work with the band.

JLS also star in Capital FM's rundown of the most watched music videos in 2011.
