Following Halsey's apparent split from YUNGBLUD and red carpet debut with Evan Peters, the singer told her 12 million Twitter followers that "sometimes people just break up".
Halsey and Evan Peters recently made their red carpet debut at the American Horror Story 100th episode bash. The pair went as Sonny and Cher the day after they also attended Halsey's Halloween party together.
Halsey was first romantically linked to fellow musician YUNGBLUD in late 2018 and, this week, the 'Without Me' singer addressed their apparent split.

In a now-deleted post, Halsey told her 12 million Twitter followers that "sometimes people just break up" and that it "doesn't mean that someone cheated".
She tweeted: "Sometimes. people just break up. it doesn't mean someone cheated or something bad happened or someone fucked up. sometimes. it just happens. because life is constantly changing. and adults stay friends and move on."
Halsey followed that up with another tweet that simply read "now u know what u know".

Halsey and YUNGBLUD also worked together professionally, collaborating on the powerful pop-punk anthem '11 Minutes' with Travis Barker. When the song was first released, the pair recounted becoming close after meeting up for drinks.
"Me and Halsey met for a drink just to talk about music, and to be honest man, that never happens,” YUNGBLUD revealed to NME back in March. "Everyone’s always wanting to see what they can get out of you. I was a massive fan of hers, she said she was a big fan of me so I was like, 'Woah, that’s cool.' We just met up and we realised we had so much in common."
Meanwhile, speculation about Halsey and Evan began swirling after the pair were spotted hanging out at Six Flags back in September.
