Halsey has a ring with a real human tooth on it and we're scared

Halsey has confused the internet with her latest piece of jewellery - a wisdom tooth in the centre of a statement ring, with a blue diamond in the middle. Weird or cool?

Fashion works in mysterious ways, and pioneer of the pixie crop (ok, she made it tolerable) Halsey is proving it, with her new ring - which features one of her very own teeth.

The 'You Should Be Sad' singer is known for her eccentric, not giving a f*ck style, and mid-quarantine, she's surprised us once again with her new piece of statement jewellery.

Halsey showed off the ring over on Instagram, which features what looks like a wisdom tooth as the main attraction, complete with a mini blue diamond in the centre, and captioned the photo "I won't smile but I'll show you my teeth" - in reference to her song 'Nightmare'.

Ok, while there's technically no confirmation that it's her tooth in the ring, we'd be even more weirded out if it wasn't - especially since this isn't the first time she's donned a decorated tooth after she jumped on the gem trend back in 2017. But that one was actually in her mouth.

And while we can't see this fashion leap taking off quite as easily, the internet had thoughts nonetheless. Some things need to be stopped - this is one of them.

With some people totally grossed out and others actually intrigued by how she came across it (or which dental visit triggered the need), Halsey is proving she is one step ahead of the curve yet again.
