Nope, Halsey isn't pregnant... she's just allergic to gluten.
Another day, another celebrity forced to shut down speculative pregnancy rumours on Twitter. This week, it's Halsey who has taken to social media after pictures emerged of boyfriend Evan Peters with his hand over her stomach on the street.
The couple, who made their red carpet debut at American Horror Story's 100th episode party, were photographed over the weekend out and about in Santa Monica, California. They went to the beach, they went for a nice stroll... it looks like they had a lovely weekend, to be quite honest with you.

Unfortunately, their lovely weekend was caught on camera by paparazzi who snapped a pic of Halsey holding her stomach, as Evan placed his hand on top. Pregnancy rumours started flying, fans were quick to jump to conclusions and now, Halsey has set the record straight...
Pancakes. It's just pancakes.
Nipping the claims in the bud once the pictures started circulating on social media, Halsey responded with a tweet saying: "Still not pregnant. Still just allergic to gluten. Still love pancakes."
She followed up with another tweet that read: "Is it a boy? Is it a girl? It’s pancakes."
It's just a food baby. Sometimes we just want you to feel our food babies, ok? Ok.

In an apparent response to an article headlined 'Halsey and Evan Peters' baby-bump grab possibly a publicity play,' Halsey also posted and deleted a tweet saying: "me: unaware i'm being photographed. running [sic] my tummy after a big breakfast. media: PREGNANT. me: i'm not pregnant. media: PUBLICITY PLAY! me:"
This is the second time in a year that Halsey has had to deny pregnancy speculation. Back in January, fans jumped to conclusions again when she tweeted that she had "big news."
She responded to the chaos by tweeting: "People think my last tweet is me hinting I'm pregnant, which means I'm either: a. gaining weight b. acting weirder than usual. Jokes on u, I'm doing BOTH! however STILL not pregnant!"

Hours after her initial response, Halsey tweeted again, opening up about how the topic of pregnancy can be sensitive for certain people. In the past, she has been incredibly open and honest about her miscarriages, endometriosis diagnosis and her desire to have children.
"Pregnancy is a super sensitive subject," she wrote. "Some celebrities are open about having any struggles with reproductive health. Some are not. Either way it seems really inappropriate to target someone and speculate about something so precious and personal."
