The 'Call The Shots' singer will reveal all about her time with the girl band in her memoirs this autumn.
Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh will follow in the footsteps of Cheryl Cole this autumn with the publication of her own autobiography.
The 'Something New' singer will take fans behind the scenes of what it was really like to be part of one of the UK's biggest girl bands for the past ten years.
Girls Aloud announced their break-up last month on the final night of their 'Ten' reunion tour, and Kimberley will launch her new book later this year with Headline Publishing Group to give fans the real story of the band.
"People have been asking me to tell my story for years but it never felt right while the band was still together," Kimberley said in a statement announcing the news today (10th April). "Now, as we all turn the next page in our lives, it feels like the perfect time for me to share with my fans what my life is really like."
"Her book is sure to be packed full of the warmth and laughter that makes Kimberley such a national treasure and reading it will feel like curling up on the sofa for a gossip with an old friend," Headline's deputy publishing director Sarah Emsley added.
Back in March last year Kimberley's bandmate Cheryl released her own memoirs, which saw the 'Call My Name' star open up about her marriage to Ashley Cole and her time on The X Factor.
