The 'My Kind Of Love' singer is looking forward to performing live across the UK this summer.

Emeli Sande says she "can't wait" to get back on stage this summer to perform at several UK events and festivals across the country.

The 'Next To Me' singer has promised fans a "summer of Wonder", in reference to her song with Naught Boy, and is looking forward to performing again following her recent UK tour.

"It's going to be the summer of Wonder - my song with Naughty Boy - so I can't wait," Emeli told the Daily Star this week.

The 'Heaven' singer wrapped her UK tour at the start of this week (16th April) and says she is pleased with how well the live show went down.

"I'm really pleased with how the tour has gone," Emeli continued. "Friends came to the Aberdeen show and I'm hoping they can come to T In the Park. They'll use it as an excuse for a messy weekend."

The 'Daddy' star, who released her debut album 'Our Version Of Events' in February is due to play several UK festivals this summer including T in the Park, Lovebox and V Festival.

The 24-year old was recently confirmed to be the first live performer for The Voice UK when the BBC One series' live shows kick off next month.

Emeli Sande unveiled the music video for her next single 'My Kind Of Love' earlier today.
