The 'Heaven' singer is named best solo act at the ceremony in London, as Muse, Plan B and Blur also win awards.
Emeli Sande was among the winners at this year's Q Awards.
The event took place at the Grosvenor Hotel in London today (22nd October), with artists including Lady Gaga and Rizzle Kicks all among the contenders.
Emeli was named Best Solo Artist at today's ceremony, beating Florence Welch, Dizzee Rascal, Adele and Paul Weller.
Plan B collected the award for Best Track for 'Ill Manors', beating Gotye's 'Somebody That I Used To Know', 'Shake It Out' by Florence + The Machine, Fun.'s 'We Are Fun' and Rizzle Kicks' 'Mama Do The Hump'.
Bobby Womack won Best Album, Blur won Best Live Act and Muse were named Best Act In The World Today.
Meanwhile, Emeli has announced a string of new tour dates across the UK in March and April next year.
The 'My Kind Of Love' singer will perform seven dates up and down the country in early 2013 as she continues to promote her debut album 'Our Version Of Events'.
