Liam Payne roasts Piers Morgan after he says Kylie Jenner is not “self made”

The two exchanged words on Twitter with Liam Payne suggesting that Piers Morgan should congratulate Kylie Jenner "instead of knocking people."

Following the great debate over whether Kylie Jenner is actually a "self made" billionaire, Liam Payne has stood up for the reality star and beauty mogul. After Piers Morgan claimed that Kylie Jenner is only famous "because her sister made a sex tape," Liam Payne defended the lip kit queen.

In response to a Forbes article about Kylie Jenner becoming the first "self made billionaire", Piers Morgan tweeted "It's not self-made, it's because her sister made a sex tape."

Liam Payne had a response for Piers Morgan, which included the suggestion that he "congratulate" Kylie instead of "knocking people".

Liam called attention to Kylie's businesses and Piers Morgan's "controversial outbursts". Piers then responded to Liam with a grammar lesson, reiterating his initial tweet.

Liam effectively ended the argument by joking that Piers was at "the back of the line of irrelevant people".

The claim that Kylie Jenner is "self made" may not hold water, but the success of her brand cannot be ignored. In 2018, Forbes reported that Kylie Cosmetics had made $230 million in net profit and conservatively estimated her net worth at $900 million, at the time.

Kylie may not be what most of us would consider "self made" but reducing the success of her business to her sister's sex tape is quite a reach.
