The Bajan stars will have to topple Jessie J who is looking to make it a third week at the chart summit.
Cover Drive could be set to grab their first ever number one single on this Sunday's (29th January) Vodafone Big Top 40 chart.
The Bajan band were last week's highest new entry with 'Twilight' debuting at the number two spot just behind Jessie J's latest effort 'Domino'.
Jessie will be aiming to make it a third week at the top of the chart but will also have to deal with pressure from the likes of Flo Rida who could have two tracks in this week's top ten.
Another contender who has been on the rise is Kelly Clarkson who climbed up the chart to take the number six spot last week with 'What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)'.
Meanwhile, Cover Drive recently joined Capitalfm.com for an exclusive webchat where Amanda revealed that her real name was in fact Karen.
You can hear the Vodafone Big Top 40 with Rich and Kat every Sunday from 4-7pm.
