Reg Traviss Says Life Is "Hell" Without Girlfriend Amy Winehouse
The 'Rehab' singer's heartbroken boyfriend speaks out.
Reg Traviss says "the last three days have been hell" as he attempts to cope with the tragic death of his girlfriend Amy Winehouse.
"I want to thank all those who are mourning the loss of Amy – such a beautiful, brilliant person and my dear love," says Reg.
He describes how Amy had been "full of life and so upbeat" in recent weeks, exercising, doing yoga and looking forward to a friend’s wedding on Sunday.
The film director had been seeing Amy for two years and the couple were fully supported by Amy’s friends and family, with dad Mitch giving the relationship his full blessing.
Reg’s calming influence on the star was seen as a stark contrast to the relationship Amy had with her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil.
The exact cause of Amy’s death remains unknown as results from yesterday’s post-mortem returned inconclusive.
