Reports suggest that the 'Back To Black' star's life will only see the big screen if the truth is told.
Amy Winehouse's family have revealed they would "entertain" the idea of the late singer's life being turned into a film.
Recent reports claimed that Amy's father Mitch would never allow a biopic to be made.
However, a spokesman for the family is quoted as saying: "Mitch and the family would entertain ideas perhaps for a film but only one they were sure would tell the truth."
The news comes amidst claims that Mitch had already given Lady Gaga his seal of approval to play his daughter in a proposed film, something which he denied on his Twitter account yesterday (13th December).
"I never said Lady Gaga will play Amy in film. Also Amy's room not a shrine. Wot a load of rubbish. Mitch," he tweeted.
Meanwhile, Mark Ronson recently admitted that Amy's new album 'Lioness: Hidden Treasures' is an insight into the song's she loved.
