RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/yorkshire/terms-conditions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘University Centre Leeds’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 12th August 2019 until Sunday 8th September 2019 on Capital Yorkshire (the "Radio Station").

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com/ and register their details. 

4. Online entry will open on Monday 12th August at 00:01 and close on Sunday 8th September 2019 at 23:59.

5. Entrants will need to answer a multiple-choice question for the chance to win.

6. One entrant will be selected at random as the winner from all the correct and eligible entries after the competition end date. The winner will be contacted by a member of the Capital Yorkshire team.

Eligibility:

7. Entrants need to be aged 18 years or over.

8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person for the duration of the promotion. Duplicate entries will be removed.

9. Entrants must live within the following postcode areas: LS- Leeds, HU- Hull, S- Sheffield, DN- Doncaster, WF- Wakefield, BD- Bradford, YO- York, HG- Harrogate, HX- Halifax and HD- Halifax.

Prize:

10. One winner will receive an Apple Macbook Pro (Apple Macbook Pro 13” with touch bar- 128 GB SSD, Space Grey 2019).

11. A member of the Capital FM Yorkshire team will organise the delivery of the Apple Macbook Pro to the winner.

12. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize at its absolute discretion.
