RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to the “The Light Leeds” competition ("the Competition") which will run from Friday 26th October 2018 to Sunday 11th of November 2018 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital FM Yorkshire.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the competition:

3.    To enter the competition an entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com to register their details and answer a question. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Friday 26th October 2018 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 11th November 2018.

4.    One winner will be selected at random from all correct entries and will be contacted by a representative from Global.

Eligibility:

5.    The competition is open to persons aged 18 years and over.

6.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person, duplicate entries will be removed.

7.    Employees and family of The Light are not eligible to enter

Prize:

8.    One winner will receive a pair of tickets to a suite experience in a box at Leeds First Direct Arena to see Florence and the Machine on 15th of November 2018 and two tickets to the brand-new Junkyard Golf experience with cocktails at The Light, Leeds also to be used on 15th November 2018.

9.    The suite and Florence and the Machine tickets are only valid for the concert on 15th November 
2018. Please note, it is not a private suite for just the winning guests. The suite will be shared with 14 other guests on the night. The suite includes complimentary bar subject to a fair usage policy (ID will be required for alcohol) and a warm buffet. Entrance to the suite will be from 7pm.

10.  The Junkyard Golf tickets are for two people and admits them to one round of Junkyard Golf only and one cocktail per person (ID will be required for alcohol). The golf must take place on 15th November 2018 at 6pm. Tickets remain properly of the light and cannot he exchanged or sold for cash value.

11.  The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

12.  The winner’s name, address and email will be shared with The Light who will confirm full prize redemption. The full evening experience (golf and concert) will be pre-booked by The Light. The experience will be shared with a group of other guests and press.

13.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize at its absolute discretion.
