RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Safer Roads West Yorkshire Promotion’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 4th November 2019 until Wednesday 18th December 2019.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com/yorkshire and register their details. 

4. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 4th November 2019 and close at 23:59 on Wednesday 18th December 2019.

Eligibility:

5. Entrants must be aged 16 or over to enter.

6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person for the duration of the promotion.

7. Duplicate entries will be removed from the promotion.

10. A member of the Capital FM Yorkshire team will be in touch with the winner to organise the delivery of the prize.
