Over 400 soldiers from the Yorkshire Regiment marched past family, friends and the public in a farewell parade before they are deployed to Afghanistan.
The squad, which is leaving for a nine-month tour in Afghanistan next month, paraded through Warminster in Wiltshire today.
The march comes just 10 days after six of their comrades were killed in a bomb blast in Afghanistan.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Defence said it's the unit's last public appearance before it flies out to join the 12th Mechanised Brigade in Helmand Provence in the coming weeks.
