Two Arrested in West Yorks Murder Investigation

A murder investigation's been launched in Marsden, near Huddersfield, after a 19-year-old man was stabbed and later died.
A murder investigation has been launched in Marsden after a 19 year old man died.
The man, along with an 18 year old man was stabbed in the early hours of Saturday 7 July.
It's thought that it happened just after midnight in the Manchester Road area.
Both were taken to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary but the 19 year old later died from his injuries. The 18-year-old remains in hospital in a serious condition.
Detective Superintendent Paul Taylor of the West Yorkshire Police Homicide and Major Enquiry Team, said:
"I am keen to speak to anyone who witnesses these assaults. Were you out and about in Marsden late last night or early this morning and saw what happened? If so I need to speak to you urgently. Marsden is a close-knit community and if anyone hears any rumours about what has happened then I would ask them to get in touch."
