Woman Charged Over North Yorkshire Murder

A woman's been charged with murder after the death of a 32-year-old man in Whitby.

22-year-old Rebecca Dormer was arrested after Gareth Bryan Matthews was found dead at Spring Hill Court on Friday 22nd.

She's appeared at Scarborough Magistrates' Court and was remanded in custody.

She's due to appear at Leeds Crown Court tomorrow (Wednesday 27th).

A 24-year-old man who was also arrested in connection with the incident has been released without further action.
