Keighley's Rebekah Tiler's competing for a place in Team GB's Rio 2016 weightlifting team this weekend.
The 17 year old, who trains in Mytholmroyd, goes up against Emily Godley in the women’s 69kg class at the Cybex British Weight Lifting Championships.
They're competing at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
They last went head to head in the 69kg class at the English Championships in January, where both athletes achieved a total of 210kg with Godley claiming first place on bodyweight.
This weekend’s competition is the final chance for athletes to be selected for this summer’s Olympic Games.
Ahead of the competition, Rebekah showed our reporter Anna Harding the ropes when it comes to weightlifting - and it's much harder than it looks!
