1.    Booking Process

Why can’t I book for an 8-13 year old without an accompanying age 14+ wristband?
Wristbands are only available to individuals aged 8 years and above. Children aged 8 -13 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years and above. There must be a supervising adult for every 3 children.

What is the Guardianship Form for on the See Tickets Booking Site? 

By completing the Guardianship Form as part of the See Tickets booking process (for any aged 8-13 concert goers) the named accompanying guardian is accepting full responsibility for the child in their care.

2.    Receiving Your Wristbands

My wristbands are being posted, when will I receive them?
Wristbands will be posted out 1-2 weeks prior to the event. If you have not received your wristbands by Saturday 1nd November, please contact the Meadowhall Careline 0333 313 2000

I didn’t select the postal option when booking my wristbands; can I still get them posted?             

No I’m afraid tickets can only be posted if you selected the postal option when booking your tickets.

Where can I collect my wristbands from?
Meet Capital FM's event team at the Wristband Collection Desk outside of Argos within Meadowhall Centre from 31.11.14 - 05.11.14. Please note; we recommend ticket holders collect their tickets as early as possible to avoid long queues.

Forgotten or lost ID or wristbands?
You require ID to enter the Concert Area. For forgotten or lost ID or wristbands please contact the Meadowhall Careline: 0333 313 2000

3.    On the Day

What time is the Centre open on Concert Day?
Normal hours – 10am – 10pm. Food outlets will be open later.

Concert opening hours
Queuing from 12 noon / Gates open at 4:30pm / Concert starts at 7pm / Concert ends 9pm

Where is the concert taking place? The concert will be taking place in Orange Car Park near the entrance to the Oasis Dining Quarter.

Do I need to bring ID? All concert goers will need to provide photo ID upon entering the concert area. Security on the gate will ask to check your ID if:

a)     You are the accompanying guardian for any 8-13 year olds to prove you are over 18.

b)     You may also be asked to show ID if you look like you could be under the age of 8.

c)     You look like you may be under the age of 14 and are not accompanied by an adult aged18+. 

What are accepted forms of ID?

-        Student card

-        Travel card showing photo and D.O.B

-        Travel South Yorkshire Megatravel card

-        Valid UK PASS card

-        Passport

-        Driver’s Licence (provisional or full)

-        Any other official form of photo ID stating owner’s full name and D.O.B

-        Child Non-Photo ID: Birth certificate – A photocopy is also accepted

Are there toilets and refreshment facilities in the Concert Area?
Toilets are provided, yes. Refreshments are available from inside the Centre but not permitted within the Concert Area.

Can I leave and re-enter the Concert Area?
Yes, your wristband allows you to leave and re-enter the Concert Area.

If it’s raining, can I bring an umbrella?
No, umbrellas will not be permitted within the event arena. We recommend all concert goers wrap up warm and bring waterproof jackets. For full details on what items are and are not permitted please click here.

Is there a meeting point for lost children? Yes, this is clearly signposted within the event area.

4.    Getting to Meadowhall

How do I get to Meadowhall Shopping Centre and can I park for free?

Meadowhall Shopping Centre offers free parking for all shoppers. Please visit http://www.meadowhall.co.uk/directions.aspx for information on how to get to Meadowhall by car.

5.    Competitions & VIP

Can I meet the artists?

Can I get VIP tickets?  There will be no VIP area, entry or VIP wristbands for this event.

6.    Disabled Facilities

I am a disabled concert-goer - how do I access the Concert Area? Are toilet facilities provided? If you requested to receive more information on disabled access, on ticket purchase, a member of Meadowhall staff will contact you to discuss your requirements. Disabled toilet facilities will be available.

7.    Photography

Can I take photos? Photography is permitted

Where can I see the photos that are being taken? Photos will be published on the Meadowhall facebook page www.facebook.com/meadowhallshoppingcentre and will be online from Friday 7th November.
