RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to ‘The Sun trip to Australia’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Saturday 25th February to Sunday 26th February (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is The Capital FM Network.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant send a text message with the word “Sun” plus their answer to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
4. Listeners will be played a clip of three artists singing the word ‘sun’. They will be asked to send a text message with their guess as to who the three artists are.
5. Someone that correctly guesses will be selected at random to win the trip to Australia.
6. The winner will be informed on air that they have won.
7. The winners will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If nominated entrants fail to answer their phone or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another nominee will be selected.
Eligibility:
8. Over 18s only. Winners must hold a valid passport and must be able to travel within the next 12 months.
9. Winners and any accompanying persons must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date for the holiday. Winners and any accompanying persons must obtain all visas, permissions and any other documentation required for entering and staying in the destination country. The Radio Station is not liable for any costs associated with obtaining any such visas, permissions of documentation. Should the winner not be able to obtain the relevant permissions and visas to travel, the Radio Station reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.”

Prize Terms and Conditions
1. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and destination country). Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. The prize winner has one year to claim the prize.
2. Return transfers will be shared with other people and are not private.
3. Swiss Grand resort and Spa Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a room only basis.
4. Sydney Harbour bridge is subject to availability and at the discretion of the organiser.
5. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the visa requirements of Australia. Approval is at the discretion of the Australia Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
6. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
