Specific Rules 1. The Golden Ticket promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run on Saturday 10th December 2021 and Sunday 11th December 2021 from 16:30 until 22:00 at Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Sky UK Limited (‘Sky’). The ‘Prize Provider’ is The Promotions Factory.

2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

Details of the Promotion:
3. To enter the Promotion, you must purchase an event programme on either Saturday 10th December or Sunday 11th December 2021 at Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard at The O2, London (the ‘Event’).
4. A winning Golden Ticket will be randomly placed in 1 x event programme per Event date (2 x Golden Tickets in total).
5. The winner must be in possession of a valid winning Golden Ticket within the programme.
6. The winner must text into the text message line provided on the Golden Ticket with the keyword ‘GOLDEN TICKET’ and their seat number or standing location within The O2, London venue.
7. The Golden Ticket is only valid on the date indicated on the ticket. The winner in possession of the Golden Ticket must text in on the date that they are attending the Event.
8. The text message line will open at 16:30 and close at 22:00 on the 10th and 11th of December 2021. Winning entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion but may still be charged.
9. We are not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network, which may delay the delivery of text messages to and/or from us.
10. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. Standard rate text messages to promotion keyword are not normally included in ‘inclusive’ packages and may be charged. If the winning entry is made by text message, be sure to use the correct keyword. In all cases, please check with your service provider for more details and charges. If you are not the bill payer, you must obtain the bill payer’s permission before entering.
11. Within 1 hour of the winner contacting us to claim their prize at the Event the winner will be met by one of our representatives at their location within the O2 to receive the prize details. If the entry is ineligible, we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another entrant, as applicable.
12. We and our Promotion Partner may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry), and we may refer to you [and any applicable third party’s (for example a guest/event companion)] association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.
13. In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/event companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture.

Eligibility: 14. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK who are in attendance at the Event and have a valid Golden ticket.
15. This Promotion is open to those aged 18 years or over only. Proof of age may be required. The Promotion is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of the Promotion Partner, companies associated with the Promotion Partner and all affiliates of such companies.
16. One entry per household.

Prize:
17. There will be two winners in total. Each winner will receive: 1 x Sky Glass TV (55 INCH, Anthracite Black) with a Sky TV subscription for 12 months to include the following: a. 1 x 55” Sky Glass TV in Anthracite Black with a Sky Ultimate TV subscription (consisting of Sky Entertainment and Netflix basic), Sky Sports & Sky Cinema subscriptions and Ultra HD and Dolby Atmos pack subscription included. b. 1 x Customisable speaker fascia in Black. c. 1 x Sky Stream pack with a Whole Home subscription for 12 months

  1. The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the ‘Prize Conditions’):[SM1]

a. All services on Sky Glass are streamed via broadband, a minimum speed of 35Mbps is required to use the Prize in full. b. Only one Sky TV subscription can be provided at an address. If the winner is an existing Sky TV customer and has Sky Q or Sky+, they will need to take a TV subscription for Sky Glass. We will bill the winner for their existing Sky TV subscription until the Sky Glass TV subscription is activation. Sky Q customers will need to send back their Sky Q boxes within 60 days of receiving Sky Glass otherwise they may be charged a non-returns charge. Third party subscriptions not paid for via Sky but viewed on Sky Q or Sky + will not be viewable on Sky Glass. Recordings on Sky Q or Sky+ will not automatically transfer. If winners have Disney+ or Spotify via Sky, these will not automatically transfer to Sky Glass and winners will need to sign up directly to each via Apps Marketplace on Sky Glass. c. For 12 months, the winner will get their Sky TV subscriptions via their Sky Glass TV for no charge. Sky Ultimate TV via Sky Glass is provided on a monthly rolling contract and can be cancelled at any time on 31 days’ notice. Ending your Sky Ultimate TV subscription will end your offer period. After your 12-month offer period, all Sky TV subscriptions will become chargeable at their then standard price, unless you change or cancel your package, giving Sky at least 31 days’ notice. Standard subscription prices may change. Please refer to www.sky.com for current pricing. d. You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to win this Prize. [SM2] [J3] e. The Prize does not include: i. A broadband subscription. All content via Sky Glass is streamed so you must have broadband of at least 35Mpbs to use all the elements of this Prize; ii. Sky Box Office, Sky Store purchases/rentals, stand-alone Premium Channels, or pay-per-view services and events all of which if offered via Sky Glass will be chargeable at the current standard price f. Sky Stream pack and the Whole Home subscription will allow you to watch Sky TV on another TV with a compatible HDMI port. This is included as part of the Prize. After 12 months, the Whole Home subscription will be charged at the then standard price unless you cancel it. The Whole Home subscription is provided on a monthly rolling contract and can be cancelled at any time on 31 days’ notice. Cancelling your Whole Home subscription will mean your Sky Stream puck will no longer stream any content. g. Prices, programmes/channels are subject to change. h. If you do not activate Sky Glass within 14 days of receiving Sky Glass, we will automatically activate it for you and your Sky TV subscriptions will start from activation. i. Winners must redeem the prize within a year. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with either Sky or another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared. j. There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. k. Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful. l. Prize winner will own the Sky Glass TV and Sky Stream Puck. Separate Terms and Conditions apply to Sky Glass and Sky TV subscriptions. m. The winner will need to set up a Sky Glass account either online at sky.com or via the MySky app in order to manage their account. Email address required for account login and for Sky to keep in touch about the service. n. Sky Glass delivery currently average a 40-day waiting period. o. Ultra HD and Dolby Atmos pack required to watch Sky content in UHD/HDR and Dolby Atmos. Not all content available in UHD and/or HDR. Content must be optimised to watch in Dolby Atmos. p. Netflix basic is included as part of the Sky Ultimate TV subscription and allows viewing in one screen in SD. Netflix terms of use apply. q. 55” Sky Glass has an energy efficiency rating of F on a scale of A-G.
19. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
20. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.
21. We are registered with the Phone-paid Services Authority (“PSA”): registration number ORG832-96388-41101. For all enquiries in connection with the Promotion please contact our customer support team at https://global.com/contact/.

Data Protection: 22. Your personal data that you provide to us will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited) and our Promotion Partner as well as the Prize Provider, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.
23. By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject, and the Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and the Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion. If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s) have given you consent to provide us and Sky with their personal data.
24. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us and/or the Promotion Partner when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and/or the Promotion Partner will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see Global's Privacy Policy and the Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy for more details). You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by unsubscribing.
25. We, the Promotion Partner and the Prize Provider may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Where any transfers are made outside of the EEA or UK we and the Promotion Partner will ensure appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data are in place.
26. We will hold your personal data for a period of up to 3 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations.
27. You may request the removal of your personal details from our database by contacting privacy@global.com. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
