Capital Cupcakes on Capital Manchester, December 2011
RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to ‘Capital Cupcakes’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 05/12/11 to 09/12/11 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital Manchester.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must [only select the below as appropriate and delete any irrelevant provisions]
Send a text message with the word “sally” to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). The picture message will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air
4. Listeners are asked to MMS in pictures of the cupcakes they have decorated, plus a reason for why they would like to be at the event.
5. Winners will be selected depending on their reason for wanting to be at the event.  The successful entrants will be telephoned to be told they have won the chance to come to the event.  Entrants are expected to make their own way to the location 
6. By submitting an image to 83958 to the Radio Station you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such image; and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the image (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the video; so that the Radio Station [and Global Radio] shall be entitled to use the video in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.

BRU JET Promo Oct 2011

 

RULES                        

 

1.The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.capitalfm.com apply to ‘BRU JET’ ("the Competition") which will run from 04/10/11 – 07/10/11  (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is 105 -106 Capital FM.

1.1 Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

 

Details of the Competition:

2. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call the studio on 08452 777 106, the opening and closing times of competition will be given out on air.

2.1 Two callers will be selected at random and brought to air to ‘In Flight Music’ whereby they will be consecutively played a different mix of Capital FM tracks, put together in the style of an in flight announcement.  Once the ‘In Flight Music’ audio has finished each caller in turn will need to name as many artists and tracks that have been played in their ‘In Flight Music’ montage as possible in 30 Sec’s.

2.2 The caller who successfully correctly names the most artists and the relevant track name wins.

2.3 In the event of a tie break we will ask one tiebreaker question.

3. Over 18’s only.  Winners will be asked to provide photographic proof of age within 48 hours of winning.

 

Prize:

4. There are 4 prizes to be won.  

Each prizes consist of 4 seats on the BRU JET to Tenerife and 7 nights all inclusive accommodation for 4 in Tenerife from Sunday 16th October 2011 until Sunday 23rd October 2011.

 

4.1 Return flights from Glasgow Airport to Tenerife South (see flight times below);

 

Return transfers from Tenerife South to the resort; and 7 nights stay, on an all-inclusive basis in a single catering unit (sleeps 4 people), at a 4 star (as rated by Thomas Cook) resort in Tenerife.

 

The outbound flight will depart from Glasgow Airport on 16th October 2011 at 15.25, arriving at Tenerife South at 20.00 (local time).

 

The inbound flight will depart from Tenerife South airport on 23rd October 2011 at 22.25, arriving at Glasgow Airport at 03.00 (local time) on 24th October 2011.

 

Flights may be subject to change or delay for reasons out of The Radio Stations Control control. Winners and their guests must be available to travel on these dates. No alternative dates available. Each person may take one piece of checked in luggage which shall not exceed 15kg. The prize does not include any additional expenses including, but not limited to, travel to and from Glasgow airport, and excess baggage charges. Winners and their guests must be in possession of a valid 10-year passport, and must have a minimum of 90 days validity for the duration of the holiday. Winners and guests must be in possession of any applicable visas. The tour operator for the flights and accommodation is Thomas Cook.

 

4.2  In the event that any winner is unable to accept the prize for any reason, The Radio Station reserves the right in its sole discretion to award the prize to an alternative winner on a fair and random basis as it sees fit, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize and no exchange or alternative prize will be offered.

 

4.3  There is no cash or other alternative to any prize in whole or part.  The prize can only be redeemed by the person who wins it and may not be transferred or sold to any other person or third party.

 

4.4  The prize winners’ names and counties will be made available by sending a SAE marked “BRUJET CAPITAL FM PROMOTION” to IRN-BRU MARKETING MANAGER, A.G. BARR p.l.c., WESTFIELD HOUSE, 4 MOLLINS ROAD, CUMBERNAULD G68 9HD within 30 days after the closing date of the promotion.

 

Travel Insurance

5. Travel Insurance will be provided by Global Radio, Global Radio’s travel insurance policy will apply.

RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to ‘Loughborough Capital Street Stars Promotion’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Saturday 20th August from 11.00am to 3.00pm (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital East Midlands.
