ON AIR RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the ‘Capital FM Network – The Kardashian Kollection’ 2012’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 5th November – Thursday 8th November 2012 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM Network.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the ON AIR Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the station short code number with the keyword to (‘The Telephone Line.)

From all entries, one entrant will be randomly selected, and brought to air and awarded their prize.

Each night, Monday – Wednesday, there will be one winner who will win £250 to spend in Dorothy Perkins.

Out of all three winners one winner will be awarded on Thursday 8th November with the grand prize.

Eligibility:
Entrants must be 18 years old or over.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:
Monday 5th November – Wednesday 7th November

Each day:

·       The winner will be awarded 250 gift card to spend in store at Dorothy Perkins.

Thursday 8th November

From all previous three winners, one winner will be randomly selected and awarded the grand prize.

-        Central London Hotel Stay

-        Overnight accommodation at the Hilton Kensington Hotel for two people with Breakfast

-        Return train travel for two people to London

-        Return private transfers from the station to the hotel

-        Return private transfers from the hotel to Westfield’s Shopping centre in Shepherd’s Bush

-        £500 in total to spend at Dorothy Perkins. This will be an additional £250.  

-        Meet and greet (Saturday 10th November)

-        Outfit in the Kardashian Kollection Dorothy Perkins.

Prize Terms and Conditions:
Winners for the Meet and Greet with the Kardashian Sisters, Kourtney, Kim and Khloe must be at Westfield on Saturday 10th November at 10:20am.

Winner’s must be available to travel either on the night of Friday 9th November 2012 or Saturday 10th November. Travel will be by train and must be off peak.

Hotel is classed as a 4 star and is based on two people sharing a twin room with ensuite facilities on a bed and breakfast basis. Hotel stay is for Friday 9th November 2012.

The Kardashian Kollection is in sizes between 8 – 16.

The guest accompanying each winner must be over 18.

The meet and greet will take place on Saturday 10th November 2012 from 11am to 11.15am at Westfield London, Ariel Way, London, W12 7SH.

The meeting will be face-to-face and will take place in the Dorothy Perkins Westfield London store.

The meet and greet will be a group meeting which will be attended by all winners and their one guest at the same time.

The whole group will have the opportunity for a photograph and an autograph
