Terms & Conditions.

Artist Gift Bag Competition on Capital Network, December 2018

 

RULES

  1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘[Artist Gift Bag Capital Promotion]’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 12thDecember to 19thDecember 2018 on [Capital Network] (the “Radio Station”).
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to capitalfm.com, locate the competition page, answer the question and register their details. 
  2. Online entry will open at 13:00pm on 12/12/18 and close at 23:59pm on 19/12/18.
  3. From all correct and eligible entries one winner will be selected at random as the winner. They will be contacted within 7 days of the closing date on the details provided at the point of entry. If after 3 attempts they have not responded to accept their prize a new winner may be chosen. This process will continue until a entrant has successfully accepted the prize.

  1. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
