eBay – Valentines Day Campaign - Capital & Capital XTRA – February 2020
 
RULES

The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ and http://www.capitalxtra.com/terms-conditions (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘eBay Valentines Day’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Saturday 1st February 2020 to Tuesday 11th February 2020 on Capital FM & Capital XTRA Networks (the “Radio Station”).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to capitalfm.com or capitalxtra.com to the competition page and register their details.
Online entry will open at 00:01 on Saturday 1st February 2020 and close at 23:59 on Tuesday 11th February 2020.
Entrants must go online, register their details and complete the date style quiz to reveal the answer.
Depending on the entrant’s answer they will be entered in for the chance to win that particular date.  
From all correct and eligible entries received on both Capital FM & Capital XTRA, entries will be pooled together, one winner will be selected at random and notified of their win by call or email within 28 days of the closing date.
 
Eligibility:
Entrants must be aged 16 years or over to enter.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed.

All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. All items will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. Admission to Alton Towers is based on 2 people. Winner’s will have a 1-day pass to the park, access to the water park and unlimited digital photos for the day. Park open from March to November at 10am to 4pm. Height, age and health restrictions may apply on certain rides. Rides close from time to time for routine maintenance and we do not know in advance which rides may be closed during your visit.
