RULES
1. The following rules ("Specific Rules") together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/, http://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/, http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/) (the " Competition Terms and Conditions") of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to 'Southeastern' radio competition (the "Competition") which will run from Monday 7th May 2018 to Sunday 17th June 2018 on Capital London, Capital South Coast, Heart London, Heart Kent, Smooth London, Smooth Kent (the "Radio Station").
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to the Southeastern page hosted on http://www.capitalfm.com/london/ http://www.capitalfm.com/southcoast/, http://www.heart.co.uk/london/, http://www.heart.co.uk/kent/,http://www.smoothradio.com/london/ http://www.smoothradio.com/kent/,
and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 7th May and close at 23:59 Sunday 17th June 2018.
4. Entrants must answer a simple multiple-choice question to enter the prize draw.
5. Entrants must select the prize they wish to win from the drop down menu.
6. All correct and eligible entries received from Capital London, Capital South Coast, Heart London, Heart Kent, Smooth London and Smooth Kent will be merged together, and one winner will be selected at random.
7. Entrants will be notified by telephone or email details supplied.

" Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on four people sharing a superior room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
" All restaurant reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
" Dinner at Rivington is based on four adults enjoying a 3 course meal from the a la carte menu including 1 bottle of house wine, one gin cocktail each, mineral water and coffee.

" Greenwich day explorer pass is subject to availability at the time of booking and includes entrance to the following: Cutty Sark, Royal Observatory, Meridien line and Greenwich museum.
" Tickets to a Planetarium show are subject to availability at the time of booking. Winner will have the choice of shows, which may vary depending on the time of year. Full details of show options will be provided to the winner at time of booking.
" Thames river roamer pass is valid for one day only and provided the winner and guests with hop on and off all day access to the river clipper between 17 piers.
" Pétanque at Skylight is subject to availability at the time of booking. Game will last for approximately 30 minutes, time slots may vary, pre booking is required. Lunch at Skylight includes one main course, one side order and one drink per person. Winner and guests must be 18 years or over to enter Skylight.
" Night Kayaking experience is subject to availability at the time of booking and is only available on selected dates. Trip departs from Limehouse and finishes in Cutty Sark, lasting 2 hours, subject to change. Includes instruction and all necessary equipment. This activity is subject to cancellation due to unsafe weather conditions.

" Dinner at GB Pizza Co. is based on four adults enjoying one main course, one side dish, one dessert per person from the dinner menu including a carafe of wine, mineral water and coffee.
" Dinner at Hantverk and Found is based on four people enjoying a 4 course meal from the dinner menu, including 3 oysters per person, a starter, main course and dessert plus 1⁄2 bottle of wine per person, mineral water and coffee.
" Entrance to The Glass Jar is based on a right of admission reserved policy. Entrance to the venue cannot be guaranteed and is at the doorman's discretion, entrants must be aged over 21 and over. Passport ID may be required. Drinks are based on two adults enjoying two cocktails each.
" Tickets to Dreamland will be in the form of a Big Kid AAA wristband which includes access to all areas, including the Roller Disco.
" SUP board lesson is subject to availability at the time of booking and will last for approximately 2 hours. Available lesson times vary each day due to the beach tides. All lessons are inclusive of the equipment needed.
" Kayaking hire is subject to availability at the time of booking. Based on four adults sharing two double kayaks. Half day hire last for 3 hours. opening hours vary depending on the season.

Canterbury
" Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, Bank Holidays and Saturday nights.
" Train travel will be provided by the client, and will be subject to terms and conditions.

" Stay at Love Lane Cottage is subject to availability at the time of booking and based on two adults and two children sharing either two double rooms or one double room and one twin room. Winner will have full private access to their cottage. Stay will be on a bed and breakfast basis with self catering Escape to the Tower is subject to availability at the time of booking and will last approximately 60 minutes. Children must be 12 years or older. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
" Canterbury Historic River Tour is subject to availability at the time of booking and will last approximately 40 minutes. Tours run from March to October only (subject to change) and depart every 15-20 minutes.

" Tickets to Howletts Wild Animal are for two adults and two children. Park opening hours may vary depending on the seasons.
" Tree top challenge is available weekends only between 10am - 4pm, subject to change. Minimum height is 1.2 metres, maximum weight is 18 stone. Activity is subject to weather conditions and availability.
" Animal encounter us subject to availability at the time of booking and last approximately 30 minutes.
" Cook meals are based on delivery of 4 meals for 4 people. Delivery will be arranged to Love lane Cottage on a day of the winners choice. Some meal choices may be excluded. Any dietary requirements should be disclosed at the time of booking.
" All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
Tunbridge Wells
• Stay is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays.
• Train travel will be provided by the client, and will be subject to terms and conditions.
• Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
• Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing the Indulgent room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
• Champagne Tea Package is subject to availability at the time of booking. Includes use of leisure facilities, Champagne afternoon tea and choice of one spa treatment per person. Choice include: Back, neck & shoulder Massage or express facial. Spa treatments are subject to change. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
• Treatment and Afternoon Tea reservations must be booked in advance.
• Restaurant reservations are all subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Dinner at The Ivy and The Warren are based on two adults enjoying a 3 course meal from the dinner menu including 1⁄2 bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee.
• Dinner at Thackeray's is based on two adults enjoying the 6 course tasting menu including wine pairing.
• Theatre tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and exclude sold out events.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
11. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
