Birdies on Capital London, December 2019

RULES:

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the ‘Birdies’ competition (the “Competition") which will run from Thursday 12th December 2019 to Wednesday 18th December 2019 on Capital London (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
3. Online entry will open on at 12:00 on Thursday 12th December 2019 and close at 23:59 on Wednesday 18th December 2019.
4. Entrants must go to capitalfm.com, register their details and answer the multiple-choice question on the online competition page.
5. From all correct and eligible entries, one winner will be picked at random.
6. The winner of the competition will be contacted by Global and will have 24 hours to respond to accept the prize, otherwise a new winner will be chosen at random.
Eligibility:
7. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
9. One winner will win a VIP experience for up to 4 people at Birdies in Battersea which includes: 1 x Signature Cocktail per person, 1 x round of crazy golf, 1 x Taco Trio OR Yaki Stack per person.

Prize Terms & Conditions:
10. Prize must be claimed and used before 28th February 2020. Rounds of golf are subject to availability.
11. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
